Jell-O
My husband decided to come home from his ski trip very, very ill. He spent much of the night vomiting. Poor guy. Currently, he and the rest of the household are asleep. And I? Well, I should be reading Eat, Pray, Love as I am only 1/3 of the way through it and my book club meets on Sunday or I suppose I could be cleaning up the house that is in shambles of toys and crafts.
Alas, all I can think about is how I am a little bit determined and a whole lot destined to win the Highway to Ellen contest. In fact, it is making me feel much like Jell-O -- very wiggly and very squirmy. I only wish I had come up with that adjective all on my own.
The credit goes to Aselya. As I was brining her home from "prescoo" today she was singing the words to their goodbye song.
Elena: "Do you think I can take a video of you singing that nice song?" Aselya: "No. I can't do that." Elena: "Why not?" Aselya: "Cause I would feel like Jell-O." Elena: "Jell-O?" (kinda laughing...) Aselya: "uh-huh." (knowing it is funny and smirking.)
I think she came up with that after eating blue Jell-O at the Messa's SuperBowl party.
Now you know what is making me feel like Jell-O and what makes Aselya feel like Jell-O. What makes you feel like Jell-O?
